You may be prompted to authenticate certain actions by using our text message or phone verification system. The prompt may appear when performing the following actions:

  • Creating, Editing, or Approving Users
  • Transfers

    • Creating and editing a Wire payment
    • Wire Activity

For both the text and phone authentication options, you will enter the code sent to you on your screen within Treasury Management to proceed.









When performing ACH transactions, you will be required to create an offsetting entry. This entry tells the system which account to debit (pull) or credit (push) funds. For example, if you are paying (crediting) your recipients a total of $1,000, your offsetting entry will be a debit to your account for $1,000. To complete this step:
  1. Select the plus sign to add a new recipient row
  2. Enter your bank account information (Account and Routing Numbers)
  3. Enter the debit or credit amount
